By accessing or using the LinkVice website and services located at www.linkvice.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

LinkVice provides a free URL redirect management platform that allows users to:

  • Create and manage HTTP redirects using custom domains or shared domains
  • Track and analyze click data, including geographic and referrer information
  • Configure language-based and geographic routing rules
  • Access redirect management functionality through a REST API
  • Shorten URLs with custom slugs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Redirect to or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Engage in phishing, fraud, or any deceptive practices
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications
  • Redirect to content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any purpose that is harmful to minors
  • Conduct automated scraping, data mining, or denial-of-service attacks against the Service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including removing offending redirects and terminating the violator's account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LinkVice and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain all rights to the content you redirect to through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your redirect configurations and associated metadata solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REDIRSTATS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All redirects associated with your account may be deactivated. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
