  • Session data: We use server-side sessions to maintain your authentication state and preferences.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • ClickHouse: Self-hosted analytics database used to store and query click analytics data. All ClickHouse data is stored on our own servers and is not shared externally.
  • Mailgun: Email delivery service used to send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, contact form notifications). Mailgun processes recipient email addresses and message content. See Mailgun's Privacy Policy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: Used to protect forms from automated abuse. Google may collect IP addresses and browser data. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Click analytics: Aggregated click data is retained in ClickHouse for up to 24 months. Raw IP addresses are anonymized or deleted after 90 days.
  • Server logs: Access logs are retained for 30 days and then automatically purged.
  • Contact form messages: Retained for up to 12 months for support reference purposes.
